Show and Shine

SHOW AND SHINE SUNDAY
Last year we had around 90 buses parked up for the Camperjam Show and Shine.

Vehicles are grouped and shown in generations: Splits, Bays, T3 T4 and T5. Previously we have had categories for campers, commercials and custom models within each section but it is becoming increasingly difficult to separate these out as boundaries get blurred, so here will be some changes to that this year; however there will still be lots of trophies up for grabs in each class and possibly some new categories. This means you don’t have to decide which subsection fits you – you just enter the appropriate class for your generation and the judges do the rest ! (NB this is not a concours or stock bus only thing - no points deducted for radial tyres on a split or a missing tool roll!)

Judging is done by pairs of knowledgeable and passionate enthusiasts who spend time coming round looking at every bus and chatting to owners. All prize winning buses will have a rosette pinned to their windscreen and will then park up separately for the Awards Ceremony, and for the judging of Best In Show. As in the Special Displays, owners who enter the Show and Shine will all receive a very special and unique commemorative plaque.

NB: Parking for Show n Shine starts around 10.00am and judging is from 11 am onwards on the Sunday. The Award Ceremony takes place around 2.30pm.
